What is your return policy?

We are confident that our products are made with utmost care and detail. For any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you could return the item within 14 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes. Return is free within the U.S. To initiate this process, please use the below lookup form by entering your Order ID and email address.  Once we receive your request, we will send you the Return Reference code and free shipping label by email. Please fill out the Return Form and include it in your package. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation of the refund. A credit of the item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for refund processing.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company and/or bank. Please contact your credit card company, then your bank for refund status. If you have any questions, please contact us at

Where do I send my return package?

We will email you the USPS prepaid shipping label for the return.  Affix the label to the package and bring it to the post office.

Is it possible to exchange my item for another?

Sorry, we do not do exchange.  Please return your item for a full refund and at the same time place a new order for the item you like.
