Shipping and Warranty

What kind of shipping service do you use?

We currently ship through USPS priority mail service and/or Fedex express delivery service.

How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped for free. Depending on where you live, it might take up to 6 business days for shipment to arrive. Expedited delivery is also available for $35 and shipment will arrive within 2 business day.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship domestically within the US.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Of course! Your purchase from In the Rough NY comes with a 120-day warranty.

Our warranty, however, does not cover general wear and tear, lost stones and parts. Please refer to our Get educated page for jewelry care tips.

Any alterations made by yourself or a third party jeweler will void the warranty above.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once the carrier has declared the package β€œdelivered.”
