What is your return policy?

We are confident that our products are made with utmost care and detail. 

Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days after delivery is confirmed. To initiate this process, please email sales@intheroughny.com immediately for a Return Reference code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please enclose the Shipping invoice plus the Return & Exchange slip in your return package.

Customer is responsible for related return shipping charges and there is a $15 restocking fee.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

REFUNDS - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. A credit of the item(s), less $15 restocking fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for refund processing.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company and/or bank. Please contact your credit card company, then your bank for refund status. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@intheroughny.com

Is it possible to exchange my item for another?

Absolutely. Any item can be exchanged for another item with a lesser amount within 14 days after delivery is confirmed. To initiate an exchange, please email sales@intheroughny.com immediately for an Exchange Reference code.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, please enclose the Shipping invoice plus the Return & Exchange slip in your return package.

Customer is responsible for related return shipping charges and there will be a $15 handling fee added to the new shipment.

After your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation with new shipment details. Exchange is subject to item availability, otherwise a refund will be issued.

Where and how do I send my return package?

For returns and exchanges, the return package must be shipped prepaid and the shipping costs is non refundable. We suggest you ship the items back to us by insured mail with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost package.
